Many shops will assign you a “Fake” login using an email address you don’t check, which can be a problem if you ever need to recover your password. It also prevents us from replying to any help requests posted via the chat feature, and you may not receive important updates from us.

To change those settings is easy, only takes a few seconds:

Under your name in the upper right, click “My Settings”, that will take you to your profile settings

Password change, click the checkbox to change your password and enter the new one twice.
