Many shops will assign you a &#8220;Fake&#8221; login using an email address you don&#8217;t check, which can be a problem if you ever need to recover your password. It also prevents us from replying to any help requests posted via the chat feature, and it may mean you don&#8217;t receive important updates from us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To change those settings is easy, only takes a few seconds:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under your name in the upper right, click &#8220;My Settings&#8221;, that will take you to your profile settings<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"340\" height=\"358\" src=\"\/about\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image-30.png\" alt=\"Image showing how to access your account to update your password\" class=\"wp-image-1922\" srcset=\"\/about\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image-30.png 340w, \/about\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image-30-285x300.png 285w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 340px) 100vw, 340px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Password change<\/strong>, click the checkbox to change your password and enter the new one twice. We&#8217;ve provided a tool to generate a password that matches the security level. You can also change your email and cell number here too.
