DVI – Changing Your Personal Information or Password

If you were assigned a login and password, you may want to change it for security reasons. Many shops will assign you a “Fake” login using an email address you don’t check, which can be a problem if you ever need to recover your password. It also prevents us from replying to any help requests posted via the chat feature, and it may mean you don’t receive important updates from us.

To change those settings is easy, only takes a few seconds:

Under your name in the upper right, click “My Settings”, that will take you to your profile settings

Password change, click the checkbox to change your password and enter the new one twice. We’ve provided a tool to generate a password that matches the security level. You can also change your email and cell number here too. Once it has been changed, you will be sent a link to click to validate the new info
