Getting Started in RSS Texting

Welcome to our texting program designed specifically for the Service Advisor in the Independent Auto Repair Shop. 

Login Information:
Website: app.rsstexting.com
Login: Either your username or email address
Password: If you have not already signed in, you can use the lost password option to reset your password.

Once logged in, we recommend adding a shortcut to the website for easy access. You will want the program to be open in your browser so you’re notified of any incoming messages. Without the program being open, we can’t send you the updates. To add a shortcut to your bookmark bar, drag the lock icon in the address bar to the bookmark bar. Search for instructions based on your browser.

As we set up your account, please note that the number used for texting must be registered to your company to prevent outgoing messages from being blocked by spam filters. It can take a week to get the number cleared through the registration process.
